Pros

Great people to work with. Good local exposure to local businesses and local leaders.

Cons

Recent layoffs again so people left having to pick up extra work. New corporate sales leadership also causing some people to be uneasy. Trying to transform to new digital agency model but don't have CMR or other systems in place to do it yet.

Pros

Best boss ever at the local level. Flexibility. Mandatory unpaid furloughs keep us our jobs but hard to pay bills with no paycheck.

Cons

Wages are not competitive, or fair for the work we do. Health Insurance is very expensive. Raises are non existent. Mandatory unpaid furloughs happen.
