      Benefits are good. I basically stay for the benefits. Wages suck!

      Cons

      Positions have been cut so much that there is only a regional HR person avail. So information on benefits is not readily avail.

      Pros

      Many nice and friendly people made the work environment enjoyable and the pay was fair for the area (but low compared to similar jobs in other cities). Benefits are very good. Take advantage of free YMCA memberships.

      Cons

      Little room for advancement and lack of recognition led me and others to feel as if we were going nowhere in the company.
