Pros

Interesting Co-Workers to learn from.

Cons

Shadowed by the supervisors from the newly outsourced call center on how to do your job 3 months before being laid off. Part-time role/hours make you ineligible for unemployement assistance both financial and job search if you cross state lines. And, hard to do much else during high call volume periods.

Pros

They take chances on people with less experience and if you work hard you can really learn a lot from working there.

Cons

It becomes very corporate once you look into things, if you can ignore that then you'll be fine. Unfortunately, with the way newspapers are trending I don't know how much longer the field will last.
