When you reach your goals, the commission is good.

Cons

Quick turnaround time on deadlines, management expects you to do everything from establishing the initial contact to making the sale to assisting with the creative build to booking the campaign but does not provide leeway for you to be in office to do half of the things you need to do for longer than a couple of hours. They pitch the job as one thing and constantly change up what you’re “required” to do. They expect you to work after hours on multiple occasions. In office communication isn’t good either.
