      Pros

      There is not much positive anymore. You gain experience, how to work with difficult and restless people.

      Cons

      Pay is very low. You can get a higher paying job being a cashier at a retail store. They want you to work very hard and work overtime hours without compensaation and recognizing your value. They are constantly hiring new people since everyone keeps quitting. Unless you are on the verge of being homeless - do not apply here.
