      Try to earn some useful experience here, then leave as soon as you find a better opportunity.

      Cons

      I hate the work environment of this company. There's too much workplace and toxicity among the managers and employees, and these are causing immense stress on me. The management is very disrespectful and rude, and employees aren't expected by anyone from the leadership. That's why we don't respect the leadership as well.

      (Some) of the people, I worked with. Leaving this company is also a pro.

      This place is awful. Just generally a toxic and hostile place to work. Expect to be treated badly. The staff is not supported nor compensated fairly. Pay is less than industry standards for job functions and responsibilities. My advice to anyone considering a position with Lee Spring or wanting to stay with Lee Spring - is don't walk- RUN for the exit.

      Everything about here is horrible

      Pros

      There is not much positive anymore. You gain experience, how to work with difficult and restless people.

      Cons

      Pay is very low. You can get a higher paying job being a cashier at a retail store. They want you to work very hard and work overtime hours without compensaation and recognizing your value. They are constantly hiring new people since everyone keeps quitting. Unless you are on the verge of being homeless - do not apply here.
