      It's a decent company for building your career foundation.

      Cons

      The main problem with this company is that it has a very unprofessional work environment. Most other things are at least decent, but the extreme unprofessionalism is very problematic for most employees. The way the managers invade the personal boundaries of the employees is really concerning.

      I had a lot of fun in the beginning, but as the novelty has worn off, my enthusiasm has waned, and I began questioning whether or not it is still enjoyable.

      The CEO's management style was widely considered as extremely unfavorable and loathed among the employees, causing a lot of stress, anxiety, and dissatisfaction among the team. The constant chaos and lack of structure made it burdensome for employees to perform their duties efficiently and effectively, leading to a decline in morale and productivity within the company.
