Decent work environment. Work from home option.

Cons

Terrible pay. Unnecessary, mandatory company stand ups that absolutely no one wants to be at.

Pros

The CEO seems to care about the company. New employees are trying their best.

Cons

Salary and benefits are pretty bad. The turnover rate and lack of communication between departments is not great. Newly hired managers in the Marketing/Creative departments seem to be in a constant state of stress and confusion about what their workload will be.
