Pros

Leftbank Art is a great place to work. If you enjoy art and design, it is right up your ally. Co-workers are amazing and team-players. What you put into this job/career, you get back. The facility is gorgeous. Employee's are appreciated for the work they do and are fairly compensated. So much opportunity and growth.

Cons

Depending on the department you are in, there are mandatory 10 hr shifts. Wouldn't necessarily see this as a con but something to get use too.
