It's an uphill battle.

Pros

Most of the people are good hearted and they actively attempt to obtain a family atmosphere even though it's a medium-sized firm.

Cons

The benefits package is deceptive. They do pay the deductible, but because it is an HSA plan, the deductible runs out very quickly. As with most accounting firms, they are slow to change and have a difficult time accepting new methodologies.
