Pros

The Marketing department and the recruitment department was wonderful. Being able to work with different organizations to gain knowledge and experience is a plus.

Cons

When I joined I lived in Chicago, they assigned me jobs in Indiana and Wisconsin. You need to keep your head down and your mouth shut there. I have never seen management that gossip as much as I did at Legacy. It is really pathetic. They pay is terrible and if your Senior or Manager take issue with you then you will be miserable the rest of the audit. Pay is not commensurate with the economy.

Pros

Worked with some nice people, good travel opportunities, exposed to full engagement early on, many different clients

Cons

poor compensation, low employee morale, no upward evals, managers are overworked and can push that stress down the line, firm feels divided between offices (Chi to IN), very clicky, little training, no corporate clients (many clients have poor accounting departments, if any)
