      Pros

      Dynamic fast paced environment with growth potential and ability to move about the company to gain cross department experience. Good morale and fun work place with young work force and casual high tech environment.

      Cons

      Due to young work force with limited experience, sometimes technical and business decisions seemed incongruous, leading to conflicts or required deviation from company standards.
