      - Clear company vision and prioritization from C-suite to people managers - Fast paced environment, with an ability to make an impact from day 1 - PMM has a large scope compared to other companies I've worked for - VERY caring and supportive culture. People fundamentally care about each other and making LZ successful! - Fully remote - Smaller company, but still publicly traded - Highly collaborative working environment from VPs and lower

      Pros

      It was good a while a go now they are cutting cost like crazy. Using third party like vxi, which will not work. They want money, employees are no longer of value. Take what you learned and move on.

      Cons

      If you been there more than a year, they want you out. You are making to much in base for them.
