Pros

learn new skills bagel Friday One paid day off in your birthday month Benefits are ok but pricey, for a family of three I was paying $250 every 2 weeks out of my check

Cons

Upper management has no idea what they are doing CEOs are out of touch Act like they care about employees struggles but they don't While they lay people off, they hold annual meetings discussing all the millions they have made Unless your best friends with someone don't expect a promotion Unprofessional work environment I worked in Glendale office and I hear its the work environment is even worse in Austin and they pay is worse. At least CA employees were getting paid well for the headache

Pros

Great health insurance. It seemed like some people enjoyed working here in the customer service roles. Bagels on Fridays and birthday cake once a month.

Cons

Extremely rigid organization, treat people like robots. When there is a sophisticated enough computer program to perform the function they won't need humans anymore. All I did was fill out forms based on information that clients filled out online. Terrible supervisor, unrealistic demands. We were not allowed to talk to one another. It felt like a prison. I made $12/hour. Hours: 9am-6pm, Mon-Fri.

Pros

Pleasant environment, nice office, fun company parties, cool, young crowd, 450+ people employed in one place (LA - headquarters)

Cons

Dead end, poor, inexperienced management, zero room for growth, little recognition of accomplishment, poor communication between middle management and subordinates, insultingly low pay for the ridiculous expectations
