We are encouraged to come up with new ways of doing things, experiment, learn, and iterate. As a builder and improver, I appreciate this opportunity to create and improve. People and culture At LZ, I have the opportunity to work with some of the kindest, smartest, and most collaborative Flexibility Our remote-first work environment provides the flexibility I need and supports my work life goals.

Cons

Processes and tools The company has undergone a lot of change and transformation the past couple of years and although it's improved greatly, there is still a need for more/better process and tools to reduce manual and duplicative work. Hierarchy Although our leaders seem approachable, they are sometimes too involved in details they should leave to their teams to drive.
