      Great Sales Job

      Pros

      Open Door Policy, someone in authority is always available, there's real progress in your sales quota, your sales quota isn't ridiculous on a daily or monthly basis. The facilities are amazing in the Austin, TX location.

      Cons

      Amount of sales people limits commission, not very flexible on hours you might not be able to work on specific days, but try to make up on others. Force you to take an hour lunch, or to work through it, but if you work through it, you still can't go home early.

      Beautiful office, friendly and talented teammates. Bagel Friday.

      Cons

      Some growing pains, but these provide invaluable experience to problem solvers. Open office plan makes concentration difficult.

      Pros

      Very talented people who care about doing quality work and are invested in seeing LZ prosper. It's been a great place to forge lasting friendships that also serve in moving the projects forward.

      Cons

      Every company can have it's frustrating elements. Nothing stands out that is truly unique to LZ.
