Pros

breakfast, music on while working

Cons

I worked at the london office for a very short period of time, and was already looking for other jobs within the first month as the atmosphere was terrible. Had to use all my annual leave so i could go to other interviews. Half the team take constant cigarette breaks and leave the rest of the team to do all the work. Internal bullying from managers to employees. No time to breath between taking calls. No breaks in the day unless you smoke or go to the toilet. They employ anyone who can use a computer. No communication between all the sites. A lot of clients had never even managed to speak to their solicitor even once in 3 months! Loads of errors made on files. Barely had any training on how to use the software if any so when i took calls i struggled to relay information to clients as barely had training myself. They recruit people who haven’t done law or conveyancing to work in conveyancing customer services and update clients. Salary is low, and the micro managing and constant meetings is too too much. Also friday drinks is compulsory. Friday you finish at 5pm but are made to stay till 5.30pm for drinks.

Pros

The greatest reason to work here is how management works together in a collaborative form which set's and teaches every team member to think outside of the box. They provide great compensation and a very enriching experience.

Cons

I can't think of any downside working for LegalZoom.
