      Even with strong performance reviews, base pay raises are barely above inflation Hours can be long and most execs are PST, meaning some late meetings for non-west coast folks Frequent fire drills and some VPs do not manage c-team well to protect workload

      Pros

      LZ continues to be very fulfilling and enjoyable for me. My interest towards gaining more responsibility and improving my skillset are met with gratitude and planning from my managers. The culture is generally very friendly, productive and respectful

      Cons

      There are still some rough edges in terms of processes and development environment. Some inter-team interactions can be unproductive and slow as if they were not between members of the same company with the same shared vision. Although this has improved remarkably within the past two years
