Pros
Solid revenues, friendly people, pleasant work environment, competitive salaries. The company definitely isn't going to go out of business anytime soon, but it might not really take off either.
Cons
There's a lot of office politics, which can be bad if you end up on the wrong side of a dispute. The office is in Glendale, and if you live in other parts of LA the commute can be brutal. The health insurance plan is barely worth it -- buying your own is cheaper.
