Part of the reason I joined Legend was for its growth as a company. While here, we received FDA approval for our CAR-T treatment w/ the highest response rate compared to all of their competitors. Training period is long, but it sets you up to feel comfortable working on the process, and sets you up for growth opportunities within the company. Comp and benefits competes with big pharma

Training period is long (fully paid so can't complain).

Great hands on experience with laboratory equipment and knowledge. Also good look at the transition from clinical to commercial.

Cons

Upper level employees often have too much on their plate which leads to overlooked issues, over scheduling, and disorganization. Always promising improvements down the line, but falls short of delivering.
