-Decent pay - Hybrid schedule - People are generally friendly

Cons

- Upper management is very disconnected and take forever to make decisions. - Need improvements to align with industry standards. - open floor plan makes it very noisy and hard to work at times. Also makes finding a seat difficult at times. - Departments are not very open to changes even when they would be improvements. - Operators seem afraid if they make a mistake or admit the messed up that they will get fired or in trouble. Doesn't allow for a great quality culture.

Do not join this company if you are on OPT. Legend promised to sponsor for H1B but when it came for them to step up, incompetence from HR caused me to lose my status.
