Pros
Working at Legend has many incentives and is very rewarding as we help save patient lives every day. Fantastic for people entering the CAR-T industry for the first time as there are many skills to learn as Legend leads the way against it's competitors. There is fantastic work life balance in the investigations team as we can work from home two days a week.
Cons
CAR-T is challenging in general, especially in investigations where we must work diligently to ensure we provide the batch to the patient in a timely manner. As the industry is new, there are always many changes to keep up with.
