Pros

Legend Biotech Cartee manufacturing is a good place to work. Company mission is to serve and share hope with more patients and their families. The Carti product manufactured at the site is working marvelously. The operation is expanding and there’s opportunity everywhere.

Cons

The expansion is at times unmanageable, and a lot falls on the middle managers. There is some waste and inefficiencies that add to the stress.

Very competent management who undergo ever possible assessment or test before making changes. This is a great approach to their ramp-up as they are making sure that employees are not stretched too thin and that their inventory and equipment can handle the change before it goes into full effect

Cons

Very long training period (about 3 months). During that time you can only do document review and cannot enter the lab
