Feels very much like a medium company now, climbed up from start up mode back in 2019. Many employees in manufacturing CARVKYTI sector located on JnJ Raritan campus for collaboration. Opportunities for growth are still here, albeit the need to excel and show face competing with more increased staffing. Salary and benefits are standard. Good for entry level job and starting a career in Pharma.
