Pros
I’ve worked for Legrand for 8 years and have been fortunate to move throughout the company. I’ve had a very positive experience with the company and no intentions of moving. With 5 different divisions you can get a robust and diverse career without leaving the organization. Their 401k match is one of the best I’ve heard of any they encourage ERG’s to work towards inclusivity and educate others.
Cons
Like so many organizations they can fall into the trap of do more with less. It’s important to advocate for your needs consistently.
