Pros

Great pay, hours, work life balance

Cons

Management is horrible( at least mine). They don't promote off of talent. They only promote their friends. If you are able to play their game. The advancement is endless outside of Ohio office.

Pros

Worked in one of its operations in ANAHEIM, CA - Great people, very skilled and knowledgeable - Good hours, lots of work OT

Cons

- Meager wages for its actual workforce that builds its components - Management/ Supervisors are not well trained, constant changes that no one can keep up with - Very high turnover rate, they would rather higher 20 low wage non skilled workers vs a couple decently payed SKILLED workers - Very busy, highly stressful. Expectations for work are unrealistic
