      Market leader Very good working culture and positive environment Very experienced people to guide a new person Well reputed and widely respected in the market High quality products

      You may get stagnated in the same role even if your salary and title may change. You will be meeting the same people , doing the same things over and again.

      Very profitable and global company (presence in 70 countries, 40% of total revenues in the new economies) Can offer a long-life career for those who fit the DNA of the company

      Cons

      Autocratic management that hampers diversity in minds and actions and leads to inefficient politic games Showcasing long working hours (7am-10pm) is a must and a necessity considering endless and inefficient meetings (old-fashioned management style, still ruled by strict hierarchy rather than collaborative relationships, thus impeding the contribution of each individual - awkwardly French from the past century!) Overall low qualified managers as a consequence of a low training policy: seniority privileged over skills - patience will be rewarded more than talent
