      Pretty Good Place to Work

      Pros

      Good culture, good values, focus on corporate responsibility and sustainability. Plenty of opportunity for movement within the company, a strategy focused on growth and acquisition.

      Cons

      Silos, some lack of trust among different business units. Channel conflict. Outdated IT infrastructure, and some policies from Group (French global HQ) don't make sense.

      Relaxed environment. Work from home one day a week.

      Cons

      You're just a number. Your job can change in a moments notice so something that takes you away from your family via traveling. Not flexible with employees working remote more than one day. It's 2020. I don't need to be in an office. Pay is not competitive. Will eliminate positions and ask others in team to pick up slack with no increase in pay.
