Been in business for a long time. Quality Dept had an engineer who was very easy to get along with and knowledgeable. New Quality Manager (as of a couple of years ago) is probably the best manager I’ve worked with

Cons

Very poor management with high turnover. Managers are bullies, micromanaging their employees. Overall the culture is very political, immature, and distrustful.
