      Pros

      Company does care about people, it has high standards for integrity and customer focus. Collaboration with team mates and other departments/divisions is strongly encouraged. The is annual bonuses based on company results.

      Cons

      Many acquisitions makes coordination and focus difficult, if you can't deal with constant change, probably not a place for you. Compensation is in the low end, although it seems an industry issue (unless you are a VP)

      Very strong with employee relations and supporting you with your family. Incredible line of products with constant release of new innovations and supporting line of products.

      Very few cons with Legrand.
