      Organized warehouse and easy to learn system and self train process

      Cons

      Bad management and poor poor training company managemen use others to train lower waged employees once lower wage employees are trained upper wage employees layed off without notice with major management favoritism. Worst company to grow and gain management growth.

      - access to any legrand branch around the world - wfh/remote/hybrid

      Cons

      - CMO yells at employees and it is accepted. This has had a large impact on many people and many employees are afraid of him and others have quit. - compensation is not competitive with similar roles in other companies - predominately white men, very loyalty driven & old fashion. A lot of sexism. - most people (especially women) have quit due to negatives outweighing positives

      If you are a woman stay away from this company! This office has a warehouse mentality, you will be discriminated against by gender and also race. I have heard things hear I would never repeat. Everyone knows and doesn't care. Go somewhere else where you can actually be supported and championed.
