      Great Program with great exposure

      Pros

      Exposure to different business lines, traveling, training, and overall a good program to build future leaders internally.

      Cons

      Slow start and can be hard to adjust to a new area specially since you will relocate for the first marketing rotation, sales rotation, and for your permanent sales role. So three moves in three years.
