flexible start time for the work day, if other co-workers approve, ok life insurance policy, friendly coworkers , good 401k match program, the vacation time is better than most companies

Cons

limited opportunities, management and HR that doesn't worry about your issues, compensation well below average, hard work is rewarded by more work load, company profits come before all else hence you are expendable depending on revenue.

Their is quite a bit of nepotism at Legrand. Hiring of brothers, best friends, spouses is prevalent. There is a locker room feel at the company. Acquisitions for my division where chaotic and never completed.
