      couldn't go to the bathroom without being micromanaged stating theres calls in queue..if you're working on various projects it doesnt matter because there's calls in queue you have to take care of..and if you dont, the supervisor is rude to you about it

      Pros

      I’ve worked for Legrand for 8 years and have been fortunate to move throughout the company. I’ve had a very positive experience with the company and no intentions of moving. With 5 different divisions you can get a robust and diverse career without leaving the organization. Their 401k match is one of the best I’ve heard of any they encourage ERG’s to work towards inclusivity and educate others.

      Cons

      Like so many organizations they can fall into the trap of do more with less. It’s important to advocate for your needs consistently.
