      Pros

      The financial compensation is fantastic. I no longer wake up worrying about bills or the mortgage or my kids tuitions. Great customers.

      Cons

      -busy work is added to our plates every quarter. It allegedly helps some ambiguous bean counter, but does nothing but bog down those in the field -too many chefs not enough cooks -80% of paid positions seem extraneous or unnecessary -no one to answer questions clearly -constant turnover

      Decent company, supported by Danaher, but continual shifts in leadership and culture are exhausting.

      Danaher benefits are quite strong, direct sales roles are compensated well, everything else not so much.

      Cons

      Rapid, and poorly communicated changes from leadership every 6-12mo's. The company continues to operate overly lean to the detriment of employees, but then opens headcounts that are redundant and don't address root issues.
