Pros

Payment is OK and if you're lucky you can configure your own company car. The products are of high quality too and the entire sales team does its best to compensate the misserable support situation and provide support to its customers. Great colleagues and mutual support culture.

Cons

Toxic working environment in multiple departments causing a high employee exchange frequency with "the good ones" leaving rather than suffering in silence. Purely number and performance focussed organization. No real company culture appreciating individual ideas and initiatives to develop (not even speaking about supporting or appreciating this behaviour). Recurrent changes in Organization and total neglectance of customer satisfaction over the past 10-15 years have entirely destroyed its originally great reputation @ key opinion leaders around the world. Rigid Danaher and DBS process cage on top of that leaving no space to breathe or realize own ideas and improve the situation.
