      I worked with some dedicated people in the field and learned a lot from them. I had great customers and enjoyed the work that I did solving issues so customs could do their research

      Cons

      We were overworked and spread way to thin and there were clear training gaps. Management was to busy with meetings and KPI's to come into the field and truly understand the issues. Their solution was more management making the company very top heavy. We desperately needed more field engineers but the only thing management could approve was more managers.
