Just another Danaher company. They match 401k and a variety of Health insurance options but not much more.

Cons

I'm not sure about others, but as an average Joe, I always feel overworked and undertrained. Most annual training courses are for helping you fit into Danaher Business System but no technical training or career growth-related topics.
