      Friendly, helpful people, many are long serving Politically healthy, flat structure, close to the ground culture Learning & team culture

      Long serving staff may find change & new expectations harder to cope - need drastic alignment or find another job

      Great colleagues but poor senior management

      Pros

      I stay for my colleagues as we have an amazing peer team. But sadly I am not sure how much longer that will be enough.

      Cons

      Very poor senior management - we are not aligned across divisions, they do not listen to associate feedback and there is no feeling of job safety or career opportunities. Good people are leaving and it should be a wake up call.
