      There are some great people to work with.

      Cons

      Management team was cut-throat and horrible. Rapidly changing priorities and no clear directions to lower levels. Some senior leaders used hostility and other tactics to run their teams - resulted in high turn-over. Values pinching pennies versus building value and satisfaction for employees.

      Not too many pros that I can think of. Benefits used to be good. Not so much anymore. The products we sell are nice.

      Cons

      There is no clear direction of where the company is headed. Leadership is a revolving door. High turnover rate. Poor morale in the department. Nobody seems happy at work
