      Great products and good people... benefits and wages were good. Promotion opportunities restricted to those who could be replaced easily. work life balance depends on location

      Pros

      The Customer Service team is the best I have worked with in my career. Loyal, dedicated, compassionate, hard working and customer focused. They do what it takes to service the customer and meet sales targets.

      Cons

      Must be an A or B player to be successful. Business changes too rapidly with little or no planning or communication. Fast paced environment with outdated business systems.

      More Technics are added in products, Hence we can learn much about it.

      In India, In fact i would say it is not yet established up to mark. since lab India employees are completely acquired, they are showing their show not giving chance to others
