Pros

Was very "entry-level engineer" friendly (hired full-time after "consulting" for six months). A lot of support was available from leadership, especially early on; they were reasonable and understanding, while also providing good structure and clear expectations. I really enjoyed working with my coworkers/team; the culture was inclusive and friendly. For the work itself, there was always something to work on, and further growth and training were highly encouraged.

Cons

When I was there, leadership for my group was all remote, and the hybrid setup meant that I didn't get to meet many of my coworkers physically. Having a self-starter attitude and also a team player attitude is important and makes up for the remote leadership.
