      Pros

      Very positive, team oriented atmosphere. Great bosses who listen and appreciate your suggestions. No pressures of matrices comparing you with your colleagues. They allow and sponsor certification programs. Also very flexible with time off, and encourage furthering skills education.

      Cons

      Pay is low in terms of skills and responsibility. Could be better when compared to other companies doing the same work. Performance feedback aside from the usual “good job “ is non existent. Not a big problem, but could help guide to better work ethic.
