Business Outlook
Pros
The company offers good pay for easy work and great benefits. It's competitive with it compensation and has everything you would expect from a large company.
Cons
The work is very unfulfilling, the office culture is unpleasant i.e. people going out of their way to make themselves look better at other peoples' expense. The corporate culture is heavily influenced by modern politics i.e. Unconscious bias training and witch hunting for people not being inclusive. Also recently vaccine status and masking are being pushed straight from HR.
