      no bonuses, payed for time not results, hard to get promoted, better to switch jobs if you want a raise

      Leidos is a great company to work for work great management and great opportunities!

      Cons

      They could offer better leave and other benefits. There is no sick leave and you only accrue about two weeks of pto when you start.
