Flexible work options, remuneration, interesting solutions and work, affiliative culture, very collegiate environment.

Cons

Group think, executive like to spin and present alt facts, coalitions of self interest look after their respective groups. Fitting in with group behaviours and ‘truths’ is paramount, and valued above evidence, good sense or good practice. Immature and inconsistent management and tech systems.
