Exciting and diverse portfolios spanning multiple industries. Lots of opportunities to get involved and upward mobility for those with the ambition and drive to progress.

Cons

Takeover after takeover has left many long-serving staff with change fatigue. New ways of working are still bedding in and there have been several changes at C level in recent years. That said, things are moving in the right direction.
