      Pros

      Benefits, full-time employment, travel, that's about it

      Cons

      Management is out of touch, even though the company is woke and caters to protecting people, there is this toxicity that surrounds the install team. No feels able to speak up, because "snitches get stitches", so there is no real change. And unless you are really liked by management, don't expect to be promoted any time soon.

      Pros

      As Leidos most are contract support to other companies so a lot of it is your ability to integrate into the other company. I loved interacting with both sides and dynamic but it’s not for everybody.

      Cons

      You work as contractor support. Usually means managing two bosses (Leidos and customer) but I never viewed it as a negative.
