Pros
- Relaxed environment - Flexible work schedule - Decent compensation for the area Some people truly seem to love working here while others try their best to tolerate it. Most people are from WVU and have been in WV their whole lives.
Cons
- Crowded new-age open floor plan where people are kicking around soccer balls and having loud conversations 80% of the day makes concentration difficult - Minimal training or guidance to new hires who don't know what they're doing - Morgantown is not the best place to live, and we often have to wait in line to use the bathroom at our cramped office
