      Some very important programs for National Security customers

      Cons

      After 21 years there, I can honestly say I have no idea what the criteria for success or advancement is. You have to be aligned with an organization/leader that is in favor at that time, and it can change on a dime. Massive reorganizations every year, every time resulting in additional consolidation which means fewer advancement opportunities. No sense of direction for the company or overarching strategy.

      Pros

      We had a great team, lots of talent to draw on all the time and bounce ideas off. Clients were well setup and I was always prepped really well.

      Cons

      They really didn't go after the "little clients" which made a lot of us on the bench at any given time.
